Many children today are dealing with anxiety, sleep issues, ADD/ADHD, being on the spectrum, dyslexia, birth trauma, digestive problems, plus much more. Children’s bodies by nature are open to healing and correcting themselves and can benefit from Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Reiki that look to release stored tension and restore balance to the body. I also teach Reiki to children as young as eight years old. It is a beautiful tool for their self-healing, self-regulating “toolbox.” It is also a fantastic boost to a child’s self-esteem to have these cool healing powers that their friends or siblings might not have!
